报告人简介(中文)：马志刚，男，1994年硕士毕业于东北大学，现任宝钢炼钢厂首席工程师，负责宝钢炼钢厂高效精炼技术应用及开发，是宝钢高效精炼技术领域资深专家。
报告人简介(英文)：Ma zhigang, male, was graduated from Northeast University in 1994. He is now the chief engineer of steelmaking plant of Baosteel. He is in charge of apllicaiton and development of high efficient refining technology and is also the senior expert in the steelmaking plant of Baosteel.
