报告题目(中文):焊接和增材制造中残余应力的预测与控制
报告题目(英文):Prediction and control of welding and additive manufacturing induced residual stress
报告内容简介:
Welding and additive manufacturing often produces residual stress in the material being fabricated, influencing its final quality and performance. Although many engineers and researchers have taken great efforts to try and control these phenomena, they still often remain unresolved. This work aims to buffer these efforts by providing both fundamental theoretical knowledge about residual stress as well as unique computational approaches for predicting and mitigating the effects of residual stress on materials. New techniques and applications, outlining advanced finite element methods are updated with cutting-edge knowledge such as implicit scheme, explicit scheme, and hybrid scheme, and coupling analysis among thermal-metallurgy-mechanics. Non-destructive measurement methods for residual stresses are introduced such as X-ray diffraction, indentation technique, Neutron diffraction method, and various synchrotron X-ray diffraction techniques. Destructive measurement techniques are covered as well, such as block cutting for releasing residual stress, blind hole drilling, deep hole drilling, slit cutting method, sectional contour method, and general inherent strain method. Various industrial applications of residual stress control with material behavior and computational approaches are featured throughout.
